The International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

What is IELTS?

IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is an international standardized test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers. It is jointly managed by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English, and was established to assess the language ability of candidates who need to study or work where English is used as the language of communication. The IELTS test has two versions: Academic and General Training, and measures the four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. The test is widely accepted by organizations, universities, and governments worldwide as a proof of English language proficiency, and the scores are valid for two years.Browse our partner-sponsored Glasses, with a variety of options to suit every taste and budget, available to buy online
